The Children of St. Patrick School Dambuk experienced joy and happiness on February 14, 2014, as Holy Childhood Day was observed in the campus, with some creative games and sports both for entertainment and for making the children know about the significance of the day. Joseph Sartho explained to the children about the significance of the day and made the children to come to the decision to have an attitude to contribute for the unprivileged, deprived, alienated, abandoned and orphan children in other parts of the world.

Creative games and sports were conducted under the leadership of Srs. Carmela and Petronila along with Mr. Christopher, Miss. Menja and Miss. Ranu. Children enjoyed to the maximum and appreciated the programme. The children said that they would contribute the money they got as prizes from public leaders and villagers during their Carol singing and public programmes. They also promised that they will inform their parents to contribute for the welfare of other less privileged children.

There was a small valedictory function arranged under the chairmanship of Mr. Baling Gamno, the Vice Principal of the Government Higher Secondary School along with the Chief Guest Mr. Guddu Prajapathy, the Junior Engineer of the GREF and Special Invitee Mr. Karame Menjo, a parent.
