The investiture ceremony of the first Scouts and Guides of Christ King School, Khonsa was conducted on 16th January 2015.

Fr. P.T. George, the Principal of the school took interest and initiative to start the scout movement in the school. Two teachers, Mr. Nazir Ansari as the new scout master and Mrs. Ramcha as the new Guide captain were trained and prepared to lead the scout movement in the school.

After much preparation and training of the recruits, Fr. P.T. George, an experienced and veteran scout master, invested 30 scouts and 30 guides in the presence of the staff and students of the school. The newly invested scouts and guides are getting ready to participate in the republic day parade at Nehru stadium, Khonsa on 26th January. (Fr.
